Cashland Announces Grand Opening of 100th Ohio Store.

Cashland, Ohio's premier cash advance company, announces the grand opening of its 100th retail store in Ohio. The 100th store, located at 330 West High Street, in Orrville Orrville is the name of three places in the United States:
  • Orrville, Alabama
  • Orrville, New York
  • Orrville, Ohio

The first Cashland store opened in Dayton, Ohio Dayton is a city in southwestern Ohio, United States. It is the county seat and largest city of Montgomery County. As of the 2005 census estimate, the population of Dayton was 158,873.  in 1989. The company experienced gradual growth in its first 10 years, primarily offering check-cashing services. A deliberate expansion strategy in the past four years has resulted in 270 percent growth and Cashland has become the largest cash advance and check-cashing company in Ohio. Two more stores are expected to open before the end of 2002.

To celebrate the 100th store milestone, Cashland is offering a consumer sweepstakes sweepstakes, contest or race, usually a horse race, on which a lottery is run. Prizes are awarded to the holders of winning tickets. In addition, each store location will donate $1 to a local education organization for each new customer during the month of November. Store managers at each location will determine which local charity to support.
