OK, agreed, Nicola Gallagher, who used her dead child to falsely claim pounds 17,000 in benefits, could walk under a worm with a lum hat on.

But when people see the likes of our politicians claiming 100 times as much for everything from their second homes, to bath plugs and porno porno - pornography  films, you can just about understand why there are some who think they too are entitled to work the systeS m.

The difference is that what Gallagher did is illegal and, as Jacqui Smith and the others constantly bleat bleat

2. A whining, feeble complaint.

, they're doing nothing which is against the law.

But isn't it time, it was?
