 futures ended flat Wednesday as selling offset gains made earlier in the day following favorable results of the 20-year bond auction the previous day.

In interdealer trading, the yield on the key No. 264 10-year, 1.5 percent issue ended unchanged from Tuesday at 1.465 percent.

The price of the benchmark December futures contract for 10-year bonds also ended flat at 138.30 on the Tokyo Stock Exchange Tokyo Stock Exchange
