Cash Technologies Inc.


TAP Holdings, a subsidiary of Los Angeles-based Cash Technologies Inc., will sell most of its remanufactured carburetors business to Champion Parts Inc. of Hope, Ark. for up to $11 million in cash and debt. When the deal closes, TAP Holdings will shut its L.A. factory and fire any remaining employees.
