Deep floor plans, bathed in light

High quality apartments are to be built directly on the river Spree next to a renovated factory dedicated to residential and service use. The maximum coefficient of utilisation is 2.5.

Under optimum light conditions, the deep floor plans allow as many units as possible to have a view of the Spree to the north. The three structures coalesce into an independent urban element by means of the common outdoor spaces.
