Cascadia Capital Launches Financial Sponsors Group; Growing Investment Bank Offers Private Equity Firms Proprietary Investment Opportunities.


SEATTLE -- Cascadia Capital, a national investment bank focused on serving emerging growth and middle market companies, announced today that it has launched a Financial Sponsors Group catering to top tier U.S.-based private equity funds. Among the first such practices located on the West Coast, Cascadia Capital's Financial Sponsors Group will source proprietary investment opportunities for private equity funds and then provide them with access to Cascadia Capital's corporate finance services. The new practice allows private equity firm clients to achieve deeper visibility into middle market investment opportunities while offering company owners alternative strategic financing sources for shareholder recapitalizations, acquisition financing and growth equity.
