Cascadia Capital Corporation (OTCBB:CSCA) (the "Corporation") announces the appointment of a new director Mr. Hilton Getz, effective May 13, 2002.

Mr. Getz, age 47, has over 23 years of corporate management experience and is currently a consultant providing sales and marketing consulting services for information technology and high tech companies. During 2001, he was employed by The Cabinet Pty. Ltd. as the National Manager - IT Products Division. Between June 1996 and February 2001, Mr. Getz was a Director of Bayform Pty. Ltd., and from June 1995 to May 1996, he was employed as the General Manager - IT Division at Corporate Express Ltd. Mr. Getz has completed post-graduate work in marketing at Damlinn College in South Africa.
