) today announced the appointment of William H. Odell to the newly created position of Chief Operating Officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)

The officer of a firm responsible for day-to-day management, usually the president or an executive vice-president.

Odell has been with Cascade for 17 years, beginning in the engineering group and more recently overseeing district operations, customer service, and residential and commercial sales. He received a bachelors degree in mechanical engineering from North Carolina State University History
