Cascade Natural Gas Announces Two New Sr. Directors.

Cascade Natural Gas Corporation (NYSE:CGC) is pleased to announce the appointment of Douglas DiJulio as Senior Director, Information Technology and Matthew McArthur as the Senior Director, Finance.

Mr. DiJulio comes to Cascade from SHPS Inc., Healthcare Services where he was Director, Network Operations & Facilities. Prior to joining SHPS, Doug spent 18 years at Boeing holding a variety of information technology related positions. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Computer Systems) from Washington State, and a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from Seattle University. In his new position, Doug will have responsibility for meeting information technology needs and further developing the IT direction for the Company.

Mr. McArthur joins Cascade as Sr. Director, Finance where he will be responsible for cash management, planning and budgeting, business development and other finance related projects. Matthew comes from Phillips Medical Systems where he was Business Line Controller. Prior to that he worked at Price Waterhouse. He earned a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University and an MBA from Texas A & M University. He is also a CPA.
