Mr. DiJulio comes to Cascade from SHPS SHPS Sykes Health Plan Services (OPM designated long-term care partner) SHPS St. Hope Public Schools (California) SHPS Strategic Health and Productivity Solutions Inc., Healthcare Services where he was Director, Network Operations & Facilities. Prior to joining SHPS, Doug spent 18 years at Boeing holding a variety of information technology related positions. He received a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration (Computer Systems) from Washington State, and a Masters Degree in Software Engineering from Seattle University. In his new position, Doug will have responsibility for meeting information technology needs and further developing the IT direction for the Company. Mr. McArthur joins Cascade as Sr. Director, Finance where he will be responsible for cash management, planning and budgeting, business development and other finance related projects. Matthew comes from Phillips Medical Systems where he was Business Line Controller. Prior to that he worked at Price Waterhouse. He earned a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University Brigham Young University, at Provo, Utah; Latter-Day Saints; coeducational; opened as an academy in 1875 and became a university in 1903. It is noted for its law and business schools. and an MBA from Texas A & M University. He is also a CPA (Computer Press Association, Landing, NJ) An earlier membership organization founded in 1983 that promoted excellence in computer journalism. Its annual awards honored outstanding examples in print, broadcast and electronic media. The CPA disbanded in 2000. .
