Carlos Alazraqui Carlos Jaime Alazraqui [alazraki] (born July 20, 1962) is a Argentine American actor, comedian, impressionist and voice actor. , the voice of Taco Bell's hot chihuahua, also spouts off in Fox TV's new animated hit Family Guy--as the Family gay. He plays fastidious fas·tid·i·ous
