Carteret Mortgage deploys Market Kinetix's Deal Maker Score.Houston-based Market Kinetix LLC has announced that Centreville, Virginia-based Carteret Mortgage will be offering Market Kinetix's patent-pending credit-analysis software solution, Deal Maker Score, to its 300 nationwide branch locations. The partnership will empower Carteret Mortgage's brokers to close more and higher-quality loans by showing borrowers how to efficiently raise their credit scores, according to Eric Weinstein, president of Carteret Mortgage. "Now our loan officers can look at a borrower's credit score, see how to improve the score and actually empower the borrower to elevate that score," said Weinstein. Deal Maker Score is designed to provide step-by-step directions to raise a borrower's credit score. A mortgage originator simply downloads the borrower's credit findings to the product, and the program produces a customized set of recommendations that show a borrower how to raise his or her credit score by the target number of points designated by the loan officer, explained Market Kinetix President Ron Litt. "We're very pleased to be working with a market leader like Carteret Mortgage," said Litt. "With their customer-first philosophy, it makes perfect sense that they're using the power of our tool to proactively assist and empower their clients. It is the ideal choice for companies that build their business on client service." The Deal Maker Score program is available to mortgage originators on a pay-peruse basis. The solution can be offered through integration to a loan origination system (LOS) or credit provider, or can be accessed through any Internet connection, said Litt. Carteret Mortgage tested several products before deciding on Deal Maker Score. After several months of testing with a group of loan professionals, Weinstein said, Carteret Mortgage is eager to bring the Deal Maker Score solution to all of its offices nationwide. "We're very happy with the tests and have found Deal Maker Score to be superior to all of the other products," explained Weinstein. "We're so pleased with the results of our test group that we're rolling it out to the rest of the company nationwide." |
