Carter-Wallace Declares Dividends on Common Stock and Class B Stock.


NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--July 16, 1997--The Board of Directors of Carter-Wallace, Inc. (NYSE NYSE

: CAR) today declared its regular quarterly cash dividends for both the common stock and the Class B shares.

The cash dividend for each common share will be $0.04, payable on August 29, 1997 to shareholders of record on August 4, 1997.

The cash dividend for each Class B share will also be $0.04, payable on August 29, 1997 to shareholders of record on August 4, 1997.
