Prior to partnering with Adexa, Carter Holt Harvey Panels (CHHP CHHP College of Health and Human Performance ) was looking to expand its ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) An integrated information system that serves all departments within an enterprise. Evolving out of the manufacturing industry, ERP implies the use of packaged software rather than proprietary software written by or for one customer.  capability to include advanced planning capabilities that directly benefited customer service levels. Adexa's solutions have allowed tighter management of customer-requested delivery dates and inventory levels, ultimately providing a lower delivered cost for customers.

Since the initial implementation less than 12 months ago, CHHP's redundant inventory levels have fallen almost 4 percent due to better planning and production optimization. Customer service levels also continue to steadily increase and have reached over 97 percent.

CHHP has plans to implement Adexa's solutions in seven locations across Australia and is considering its application in New Zealand next year.
