COVENTRY is the birthplace of the British cycle and motor industry, and the Coventry Transport Museum The Coventry Transport Museum (formerly known as the Museum of British Road Transport) is a major motor museum, located in Coventry, England. It houses the most extensive collection of British-made road transport in the world.  displays the world's largest collection of British road transport.

It is dedicated to collecting and exhibiting the products of a city that changed the world and focuses on the skills and innovation of its people.

The majority of the collection is Coventrybuilt or has a strong connection with the city. Coventry has had nearly 600 companies making cycles, cars, commercial vehicles and motorcycles. Visitors can find out about their fascinating histories and see vehicles made by world famous names throughout the museum.

Coventry Transport Museum also stages many events and is currently playing host to the Doctor Who exhibition which runs until September Until September is a 1984 romantic drama set in France. It stars Karen Allen as an American tourist in Paris who falls in love with a married Frenchman (Thierry Lhermitte). External links  18 and features a myriad of monsters.

Entrance to the Coventry Transport Museum in Millennium Place Millennium Place is a building complex located in located in the Downtown Crossing district of Boston, Massachusetts. The complex consists of Millennium Place Tower I and Millennium Place Tower II. , Hales Street, is free of charge. It is open every day (except December 24, 25 and 26 and January 1) from 10am to 5pm, with last admission at 4.30pm.
