With the signing of this agreement Carrington products are being sold, registered for sale, or licensed for registration and sale in 19 countries. Under the agreement, Suco receives exclusive sales distribution rights for a period of five years with an option for an additional five years in Colombia, Venezuela, Ecuador, Bolivia, Peru, Paraguay, Uruguay and Haiti. Total population of the area covered under the agreement is more than 120 million people. Suco International is a multi-national pharmaceutical sales distribution organization with principal offices in Dania, Fla.
