Crozier brings 24 years of successful research and development and executive management experience that encompasses leadership in a wide diversity of communications infrastructure and IP networking technologies. From 2002 to 2004, Crozier served as vice president of Engineering at Snowshore Networks where she provided technical strategy and executive management of the company's second-generation product development.

Prior to Snowshore Networks, Crozier was employed with Northern Telecom. In 1993, she became assistance vice president for the company's SONET Transport Developments where she managed 400 engineers between sites in Ottawa, London, Belfast, Tel Aviv Tel Aviv (tĕl əvēv`), city (1994 pop. 355,200), W central Israel, on the Mediterranean Sea. Oficially named Tel Aviv–Jaffa, it is Israel's commercial, financial, communications, and cultural center and the core of its largest  and Bangalore. Crozier earned a M.Sc. from the Imperial College of Science and Technology, University of London For most practical purposes, ranging from admission of students to negotiating funding from the government, the 19 constituent colleges are treated as individual universities. Within the university federation they are known as Recognised Bodies , and B.Sc. in Mathematics and Engineering from Queen's University Queen's University, at Kingston, Ont., Canada; nondenominational; coeducational; founded 1841 as Queen's College. It achieved university status in 1912. It has faculties of arts and sciences, education, law, medicine, and applied science, as well as schools of , Ontario.
