Carrera Golf today announced that the board of directors has elected to carry out an immediate reverse stock split and has changed the ticker symbol Ticker Symbol

Carrera Golf recently was acquired by Grafix Time Corp. Under the terms of the agreement, Carrera Golf tendered 100 percent of its assets for a 30 percent stake in Grafix Time Corp. This transaction was approved by the shareholders of Carrera Golf on Jan. 2, 1996.
