Carrera Golf recently was acquired by Grafix Time Corp. Under the terms of the agreement, Carrera Golf tendered 100 percent of its assets for a 30 percent stake in Grafix Time Corp. This transaction was approved by the shareholders of Carrera Golf on Jan. 2, 1996.

Carrera Golf has acquired and paid for an exclusive worldwide license to develop, assemble and distribute high-quality golf clubs, clothing and accessories under the Carrera(R) label.
