Judge John Reddihough said yesterday jail was the only option for Capp, who was found guilty last month, or it would 'send out completely the wrong message'. Capp, of Grimsby, Lincolnshire, showed no emotion at the sentence. But her daughter, Hayley Hodgson, was in tears in the public gallery at Sheffield Crown Court. A jury had earlier heard how Capp threatened Ms Westerman, 36, during an argument at her house, telling her she 'was going to be dead' if she went to court.
