) plans to host a tour and meeting with financial analysts in Reading, Pa., on November 2 and 3.

The presentations also will be broadcast live over the Internet at www.vcall.com. The Internet broadcast will begin at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, November 3.

The conference is intended to increase analysts' knowledge about Carpenter's products, production processes and markets.

Speakers at the conference will include Robert Cardy, chairman and chief executive officer; Dennis Draeger, president and chief operating officer Chief Operating Officer (COO)
