Dr. Carolyne K. Davis, Glen H. Hiner, Gaynor N. Kelley and Dr. P. Roy Vagelos Pindaros Roy Vagelos better known as P. Roy Vagelos or Roy Vagelos (born 1929 in Westfield, New Jersey) was president and chief executive officer (1985) and chairman (1986) of Merck, he was widely admired for attracting top research scientists who developed many major  have been re-elected to four-year terms on the board of directors of The Prudential Insurance Company of America, it was announced today by Prudential Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Cullen served in a variety of executive positions during a 36-year career at Bell Atlantic. He is a board member of Agilent Technologies, Inc., Johnson & Johnson, Quantum Bridge Communications and national chairman of the Rutgers University Capital Campaign
