Carolyn Cross, Recognized Leader in Multiple-Dwelling Unit Services, Joins 21st Century Broadband as Director of Sales and Marketing.

Carolyn Cross, a recognized leader in serving television programming needs for the Multiple-Dwelling Unit (MDU) national market place, has accepted the position of Director of Sales and Marketing at 21st Century Broadband, Inc.

Cross will focus her attention, knowledge and expertise on bringing bundled services to the MDU market place.

Cross joins the 21st Century team after a 10-year career with Heifner Communications in Columbia, Mo., where she was Director of Sales and Marketing. She is also the past Director of Sales and Marketing for Satellite Management Services.

While at Heifner Communications, Cross authored and published "Private Cable Basics," a training manual designed to educate and train private cable operators throughout the United States. "Private Cable Basics" was also used by several manufacturers, such as Blonder-Tongue, as a cable basics manual. Cross conducted training seminars for Heifner Communications' customers.
