Carolyn Carlyle Appointed Vice President, Retail Division; Retail Expert Brings Proven Property Administration Experience to AMT.CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Asset Management Technologies, Inc. Carlyle will be responsible for the sales of AMT's signature software, AMTdirect, to retailers. Carlyle brings 15 years of experience in lease administration and property management to AMT. Before joining AMT, Carlyle held the position of Director of Lease Administration for Family Dollar, a national retailer operating more than 5500 discount variety stores. During her 7-year tenure with Family Dollar, Carlyle established and managed the lease administration and lease payables department. Prior to Family Dollar, Carlyle organized and automated the lease and property management department for a regional supermarket chain and shopping center shopping center, a concentration of retail, service, and entertainment enterprises designed to serve the surrounding region. The modern shopping center differs from its antecedents—bazaars and marketplaces—in that the shops are usually amalgamated into owner in New England New England, name applied to the region comprising six states of the NE United States—Maine, New Hampshire, Vermont, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut.
