 season gets under way at the Victoria Theatre in Halifax a little earlier than usual with carols tonight and tomorrow by Halifax Choral cho·ral

The singers have been asked to bring forward by a week their now traditional Carols and Brass concert.

The popular annual concert has been brought forward to accommodate a week of special schools' performances of the theatre's pantomime pantomime or mime (păn`təmīm) [Gr.,=all in mimic], silent form of the drama in which the story is developed by movement, gesture, facial expression, and stage properties. , Peter Pan which opens on December 16.

The concerts will feature the NOEL Singing For Fun children's choir as well as Black Dyke Band.

They will be at the Victoria tonight ) and tomorrow with a programme of festive music.

The concerts begin at 7.30pm. Tickets from the box office or on 01422 351158.
