She said the help, advice and facilities available made all the difference in turning her ideas into a profitable enterprise that has already won two gongs, a "highly commended" in Knowsley's Enterprise Awards last October and more recently a Business Link Merseyside accolade. "It's vitally important to have this sort of support in business," said Caroline, 42.
