Carolina Phone Chooses Q Comm Platform; Qxpress Infrastructure Solution to be Installed in Hundreds of Stores in South Carolina Through New Alliance.

Q Comm International, Inc. (OTCBB:QCCM), a prepaid telecommunications service provider, announced today that it has signed a strategic marketing agreement with Carolina Phone, a leading digital wireless carrier based in South Carolina. The agreement makes Q Comm the exclusive provider of point-of-sale activation for Carolina Phone.

Carolina Phone is completing the installation of Qxpress(TM), Q Comm's point-of-sale activation platform, in hundreds of retail locations based on a successful pilot program recently completed in more than a dozen retail outlets. Carolina Phone estimates that it will install Qxpress(TM) in all of its stores by year's end - all of which will be selling Carolina Phone's Phone in The Box(TM) product.
