Ms. Snyder was formerly senior vice president of GPU Service corporate affairs, and prior to that, served as vice president of public affairs for GPU Energy. As corporate affairs executive vice president, Snyder is responsible for public affairs, state governmental affairs, human resources and corporate compliance. She also serves as a director on several GPU subsidiary boards: GPU Service, Inc.; Jersey Central Power and Light Company, Metropolitan Edison Company, and Pennsylvania Electric Company (doing business as GPU Energy); and GPU PowerNet in Melbourne, Australia.
