Carol Jean Talbot, 65.SPENCER Carol Jean Talbot, 65, of Spencer, died Thursday, May 17 in St. Vincent Hospital at Worcester Medical Center. She leaves a son, William R. Talbot of Worcester; two sisters, Diane Roderick of Baltimore, MD., and Patricia Kirk of Florida. She was born in Springfield, a daughter of Raymond J. and Julie E. (Ogden) Talbot and then lived in Portland, Maine Portland is the largest city in the U.S. state of Maine, with a 2004 population of 63,882. Portland is Maine's cultural, social and economic capital. Tourists are drawn to Portland's historic Old Port district along Portland Harbor, which is at the mouth of the Fore River and part . She had lived in Spencer for 25 years. Carol was a pre school teacher for 10 years for UMASS Memorial Child Care, Worcester. She devoted all her life to child care.
