Carnegie Cooke's NetBooth Subsidiary Announces New Contracts and Will Exhibit at the Global Gaming Expo.

LAS VEGAS -- Carnegie Cooke and Company, Inc. (OTC: CGKY) announces that NetBooth Corporation will be exhibiting new technology at the G2E (Global Gaming Expo) in Las Vegas, Nevada at the October 2004 show.

The Casino Gaming Industry is growing consistently. Statistics published by Christensen Capital Advisors, LLC show that in 2003 the following sectors of U.S. Gross Gambling Revenues (2003 GGR) were as follows:

These revenue numbers have more than doubled since 1993 when only $34.7 billion Gross Gambling Revenues were recorded by the American Gaming Association (AGA).

NetBooth develops systems for growing accounts which place kiosks inside casinos. Recently, it has added several new accounts to its production list which it will be exhibiting at G2E. One of these companies is Touch Poll Systems, a Nevada-based provider of touch screen polling devices for the Gaming Industry. This innovative technology represents over 25 years of research and development to perfect the most accurate survey method on the market. That company has placed its units in many Las Vegas Casinos already and is expanding into Native Gaming and Race Tracks where Video Lottery Terminals (VLT's) are located. NetBooth is fabricating these units. Tony Caporicci, President of NetBooth Corporation stated "Kim Ralston (President of Touch Poll Systems) is a very diligent person and her product shows how involved she really is in her work. This really is a product that is truly necessary and we are proud to be involved with her." Some of these casinos are the New York New York, Rio Hotel ands Suites, Harrah's and Mandalay Bay.

Another company that NetBooth has accommodated is Info Touch Screen Systems a company which provides casinos with kiosks that show patrons how to play each casino game. It has created and produced videos on actual tables or slots which efficiently interactively provide game instructions and demonstrates on a touch screen. These kiosks are placed on the casino floor and provide full sound and a large database of game content. NetBooth has recently provided Info Touch Screen Systems with kiosks for placement in Bally's (Caesars Entertainment) and the Rampart Casino. "I have seen Frank Arrias' company continue to grow. He has made his presentation very direct and, by doing so it creates efficiency in the delivery of that content." added Caporicci.

NetBooth also recently also launched the Cannery Hotel Casino Web Site and Email Marketing Program. Under this contract the NetBooth maintains and updates the site and email marketing campaign. NetBooth is also establishing a presence in Europe where it is creating many new campaigns. By positioning itself as an integrator of Self Service, Amusement and Public Access, it is producing revenues derived by integration and manufacturing as well as software licenses calling for recurring monthly fees.
