Carnegie Completes Its Acquisition of Max Matthiessen.


STOCKHOLM, Sweden -- Carnegie (STO:CAR) today completed its acquisition of all of the shares and votes in Max Matthiessen (Max Matthiessen Holding AB), Sweden's leading independent advisor in pension insurance, in accordance Accordance is Bible Study Software for Macintosh developed by OakTree Software, Inc.[]
