Carnegie Center gets new energy.

According to Sarno, the Princeton area's strong labor pool was another key factor in the selection of 211 Carnegie Drive, which is owned by Boston Properties.

"The region is a great location for attracting and retaining employees," he said.

"It benefits from a well-educated population, outstanding academics and a thriving corporate base."

"The opportunity to occupy the entire building also provided significant appeal," Marks added.

"It is being completely retrofitted for its new tenant and it offers a headquarters-quality image and outstanding operational efficiencies."
