Carna Biosciences, Enamine to Collaborate in Research on Kinase.
Tokyo, Japan, May 19, 2006 - (JCN) - Carna Biosciences has
concluded a joint research agreement with Ukrainian pharmaceutical
company Enamine.
Under the agreement terms, the two companies will strive to
identify lead compounds against kinase targets. Specifically, Enamine
will create a compound library of kinases, which are related to cancer.
Carna Biosciences will screen the library, and identify and develop
lead compounds. Lead compounds resulted from the collaboration effort
will be licensed to other pharmaceutical companies.
