Carmina Technologies Inc. Completes Share Exchange.

SALT LAKE CITY -- Carmina Technologies Inc. (OTCBB:CARL), a publicly traded company, announces today the May 16th, 2004 signing of a share exchange agreement with Advanced Integrated Management Services Inc. (AIMSI: www.AIMSI.com.), with AIMSI being the surviving company. AIMSI, which is headquartered in Oak Ridge, Tenn., with offices located in Arvada, Colo., New Orleans, La., and Paducah, Ky., provides high-quality technical and professional services to federal, state, and local governmental agencies. AIMSI has a current staff of more than 200 multidisciplinary professionals who are committed to providing innovative ideas and quality service. AIMSI possesses a full complement of demonstrated capabilities for each of their three primary business areas: Nuclear & Environmental, Engineering, and Information Technology.

Subsequent to the signing of the original share exchange agreement with CARL, AIMSI acquired AIMSI Technologies, LLC, the technology arm of AIMSI, which is in the process of marketing and producing a new nuclear, biological, and chemical hand-held detection device. AIMSI Technologies, LLC is a wholly-owned subsidiary of AIMSI.

CARL acquired 100% of the outstanding capital stock of AIMSI, including its wholly-owned subsidiary, AIMSI Technology, LLC, by issuing approximately 46,000,000 shares of its restricted common stock.

Prior to the effective date of the transaction, June 28, 2004, CARL divested itself of its current operations.

The effective date of the transaction which includes the name change, acquisition of a new trading symbol (AVIG), a 1 to 200 reverse stock split of its common shares, is June 28th, 2004. In conjunction with the exchange, the Board of Directors of Carmina Technologies Inc. all resigned and was replaced with a new board. The company has also hired a new transfer agent (Mandalay Stock Transfer) which is located in Las Vegas, Nev.

Mr. Reginald Hall, the founder/CEO/chairman of AIMSI, has over twenty-one years of experience in radioactive, hazardous, and mixed waste treatment, management, and minimization. Hall is responsible for strategic management, marketing, and business development, and in five years guided AIMSI to become a successful and well respected company that has expanded to include five states and seven cities. Mr. Hall is also the founding partner of WESKEN, LLC, a radioactive-hazardous waste management company which is partially owned by AIMSI. Mr. Hall has an active Department of Energy "Q" Security Clearance.

Mr. Hall has managed and conducted a wide variety of environmental programs at the Oak Ridge National Laboratory (ORNL) to comply with federal regulations and U.S. Department of Energy orders. Mr. Hall holds an MS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Tennessee, and BS in Chemical Engineering from the Tennessee Technology University.

AIMSI was certified by the Small Business Administration's 8(a) Program in June 1995 and selected as a protege company of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory in February 1998. AIMSI won the EXCEL award in 1998, 1999 and 2000. This award is given to fast growing companies and emerging leaders in east Tennessee. In 2003, AIMSI was awarded the small disadvantaged business of the year in support of nuclear safety programs for the Bethel-Jacobs company
