She is survived by two daughters, Tracy A. Freel of Nashua, NH, and Kathleen Freel of Clinton; her parents, John J. and Gloria M. (Chiarelli) Venuti of Clinton; two brothers, John J. Venuti, Jr. of Berlin, and Vincent G. Venuti of Germany; a sister, Susan E. Rowell of Manchester, N.H; a granddaughter, Abigail Criner; and her three cats, Bean, Lulu Belle, and Blackie black·ie

Carmen was born and raised in Clinton. Calling hours will be held on Sunday, May 31, 2009 from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 Noon in the McNally & Watson Funeral Home, 304 Church St., Clinton. Burial will be private. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Carmen's Memory to the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer The Avon Walk for Breast Cancer is a fundraising effort to support the Avon Foundation in researching a cure for breast cancer.
