Carmel home.

A 6,900-SF home in west Little Rock's Carmel neighborhood tipped the scales at $1.12 million.

Phillip and Alka Kravetz acquired the house from Edward and Mary Loebl. The deal is financed with a 30-year loan of $900,000 and a 15-year loan of $100,000 from Bank of America.

The Loebls purchased the hilly, 8.8-acre spread for $95,000 in January 1991 from Western Little Rock Co., led by Floyd Fulkerson.
