("Carmanah"), has received an order from the U.S. Navy to supply its Model 601 solar powered LED (light emitting diode See LED. ) lanterns for marking anti-terrorism nets. Carmanah is immediately shipping a first order valued at US $22,000 to Norfolk, Virginia Norfolk is an independent city in the Commonwealth of Virginia, in the United States of America. With a population of 234,403 as of the 2000 census, Norfolk is Virginia's second-largest incorporated city.  for this high priority transaction.
