Idol star Carly Smithson slammed rumours she is pregnant. The tattooed Dubliner threw cold water on the gossip mill which had her expecting her first child. Carly, 24, who is married to a tattooist named Todd, said live on Wednesday night's show: "Apparently, I'm pregnant. But I'm not, no, I'm not." Her firm on-air denial of media reports should have ended speculation. But even yesterday on Dotspotter.com the singer was being congratulated on her baby joy, which the website claimed she announced on the American Idol live show. Carly has made it to the final nine in the seventh season of the hit talent show.
