Carlton completes bulk co-op sale.


In one of the most important residential portfolio sales this year, Carlton Marketing has completed the $1.15 million bulk sale of three vacant and 11 occupied cooperative apartments at 1060 Park Avenue for CrossLand Federal Savings Bank Noun 1. federal savings bank - a federally chartered savings bank

Carlton Marketing, which was appointed exclusive sales and marketing agent for the portfolio in June, completed the complex assignment in just three months.
