Carlton closes $120m deals.


Carlton Advisory Services' Chairman Howard L. Michaels announced that his company has arranged and closed a confidential $120 million acquisition and capitalization of two prime office buildings in Downtown Manhattan.

This off-market transaction was completed in less than 30 days.

Located in the heart of the Financial District, the buildings will benefit from the multitude of planned developments associated with the regeneration of Lower Manhattan Lower Manhattan is the southernmost part of the island of Manhattan, the main island and center of business and government of the City of New York.
