Carlton Advisory Services: Brendon Nepon.

Carlton Advisory Services' chairman Howard L. Michaels has announced that Brendon Nepon has joined Carlton as an analyst and public relations manager. Nepon's primary responsibilities will include underwriting investment opportunities across all property types, assisting in the placement of debt and equity, and managing the firm's public relations duties. Prior to joining Carlton, Nepon worked for Hypo Real Estate Capital Corporation in the Syndication department. In his capacity at Hypo Real Estate, Nepon was directly involved in the syndication of over $2 billion of commercial real estate debt in 2007.
