Carlson Wagonlit representatives will carry large "Traveler Assistance" signs and will be equipped with cellular phones. They will be able to assist with directions, ticketing and other traveler needs. During the first two weeks of DIA's opening, Carlson Wagonlit Travel will have seven representatives at the airport from 7 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., Monday through Friday; 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturday; and 3 p.m. to 8 p.m. on Sunday Sunday: see Sabbath; week. . Kuhloie said they may reduce the number of people at the airport after the first two weeks. Approximately 80 Carlson Wagonlit employees will contribute their time at DIA during the two-week period.

In the month before DIA's opening, Carlson Wagonlit held more than 20 educational seminars for its clients and conducted client tours of the new airport.

Carlson Wagonlit Travel is the largest travel agency in Colorado and the second largest in Denver. It has 39 company owned and franchised locations in the state; 23 locations are in the Denver metropolitan area.
