) announced today that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Carlisle FoodService Products Incorporated, signed a letter of intent to acquire Dura-Ware Company of America, Inc., a privately-held manufacturer of commercial cookware and servingware for the foodservice and hospitality markets. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed. A closing of the transaction is subject to execution of a definitive agreement and receipt of all necessary approvals.
