Carlisle Companies Announces Sale of Carlisle Process Systems.

CHARLOTTE, N.C. -- Carlisle Companies Incorporated (NYSE:CSL) announced today that it has completed the divestiture of Carlisle Process Systems, a manufacturer of equipment for the cheese and powder industries, to Tetra Pak, an industry group within Tetra Laval, a private industrial group headquartered in Switzerland. The original plan to dispose of these businesses was disclosed on November 7, 2005.
