Carl Whitehead Named CyPost President.

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)--April 25, 2000

Robert Sendoh, Chairman and CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  of CyPost Corporation (Pink Sheets: POST), announced today that Carl Whitehead, formerly Director of Strategic Growth, has been named President. Whitehead, a co-founder of the company, will continue as a member of the Board of Directors.
