Electronic Clearing House, Inc. (Nasdaq:ECHO) today announced the appointment of Carl R. Terzian, Chairman of the Board of Carl Terzian Associates, a nationally recognized public relations public relations, activities and policies used to create public interest in a person, idea, product, institution, or business establishment.
