Mr. Romstadt also had served as director of sales and regional manager for the health plan. From 1986 to 1990, Mr. Romstadt served as general manager for Oracle West Packaging, where he managed all aspects of operations for six west coast states. Mr. Romstadt also served for Sun Life of Canada as a sales consultant and Mulberry Inc., where he served as director of marketing and operations.
