Dill, Jr. has been appointed vice president and chief information officer of Time Warner Inc., it was announced today by Time Warner's Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer Richard J. Bressler. Dill joins Time Warner from McDonald's Corporation, where he was chief information officer since 1984. In his new position, Dill will manage Time Warner's corporate information systems function and will provide leadership for the systems activities across all divisions of the company. In addition, Dill will assist Bressler and his corporate strategy group in coordinating Time Warner's new media business efforts.
