Cargill to acquire Schreier Malting Co.


Cargill, Inc. has announced that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire the Schreier Malting malt

After the acquisition, Testwuide will serve as a director of Ladish Malting Co., Prairie Malt Ltd. and CUC Malt Limited - Nanjing.
