Cargill Animal Nutrition, Minneapolis, completes the acquisition of
substantially all of the assets of Agway Feed and Nutrition from Agway
Inc. "Cargill is committed to the continuation of a high level of
services and quality products to customers in the northeastern United
States," says Richard Frasch, president of Cargill Animal
Nutrition. "We are pleased to make this acquisition." John
Griffin, currently a manager with Cargill Animal Nutrition, will be the
general manager of the Agway Feed and Nutrition business.
