Business Editors/Hi-Tech Writers

FAIRFAX, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Oct. 2, 2000

Carfax, Inc., the Internet's leading provider of vehicle history information, has teamed up with Supersale.com, a leader in innovative data collection, management, and distribution tools, to provide wireless vehicle history reporting capabilities to used car dealers.

This new partnership gives participating dealers instant access to the Carfaxonline.com database even when they are away from the office--during the appraisal process on their lot, or while considering cars at an auction. Carfax subscribers using this new service will simply scan a vehicle's VIN VIN Vulvar intraepithelial neoplasm, see there  barcode with a built-in scanner (1) See also antivirus program.

The reports can be viewed directly on the DigitalLot(TM) screen, printed for filing, downloaded by consumers from a dealer's Website, and displayed on the vehicle's window sticker.

"Carfax paid for itself the very first time I used the service," said Andy Diamond, owner of Diamond Luxury Pre-Owned in Scottsdale, AZ. "We took in a 1992 SC 400 Lexus on trade.
