), a leading pharmacy benefits manager, today announced plans to open a state-of-the-art customer care center in Nashville, Tenn., to serve the growth of its business.

The customer care center will receive calls from participants in benefit plans provided by corporate employers, health plans and governmental agencies, including those enrolled in the new Medicare Part D benefit. The Nashville facility, the second in the state, will begin operations in mid-July at Metro Center, and will complement other call centers the company operates in Arizona, California, Missouri California is a city in Moniteau County, Missouri, United States. The Nashville call center will be capable of handling 350,000 calls per month by year-end and will employ approximately 600 people when it reaches full capacity in two to three years.
